- can't delete files from my sanza clip. Have formatted & reformatted, and the same two folders of songs are still there!!! Have deleted, added, dragged and dropped from windows explorer, same result--won't delete, won't add, won't change. At one point, however, it did seem to duplicate all the music on there, so I had two folders of each album. - trishafisha
