If you are running Windows XP, you will need to load on a "Bluetooth Stack" for Audio Profile support. These are not free, unless they are bundled with your laptop of the Bluetooth add-on card.
The built in Windows XP Bluetooth support is minimal and based on data transfer only.
Bluetooth stack providers include Widcomm and BlueSoleil. The Laptop Vendor or add-in card provider need to provide the stack.

I can't connect my bt-15k2 to my LG phone

Hi desireeveiga,

I see that you need assistance in getting your BT heatset to your LG phone.

make sure that the BT headset is set to discoverable mode, I believe there is a connect button on the headset that you can press and hold down for a couple of seconds this should lit up a light meaning that the BT headset is ready to be discovered by a device.

Once the Headset is set to be discoverable you can try and get you LG phone to detect the headset, Once detected the pairing code should be standard try 0000 this should get the BT headset connected to you LG phone.

I hope that this can help.

Have a nice day,

Make sure the blue-tooth headset is charged

Make sure the phone is set to automatically detect new blue-tooth device.

On the headset, press the power key for five seconds until the RED light blinks quickly.

Phone should detect headset within 10 - 30 seconds. It should eventually say BT-03A then ask for aOnce it does, type 0000 into the phone when it asked for a device ID.

Samsung WEP 450 was working ok for its 1st 24 hrs paired with Samsung B2100, however will not connect now. I've gone through the pairing up process again and the device cannot be found. The only other...

Hi,

normally, the pairing has to be done once. If successfull, you can not pair the device a 2nd time withou removing it from the "paired devices" list in your phone. In order to get it recognized you should do the following.
1. check that BT is off on both devices
2. turn BT on on your mobile phone
3. power on your headset. In case, you have paired the headset successfully before, it has to be registered in your phone. It should then automatically find for the paired device (your phone in this case) and connect.
Dont try to power on the headset before turning BT on on your mobile phone.
If you have no success try to navigate to the bluetooth settings, check "paired devices" and make sure that your headset is deleted. Do the pairing and the 3 stepps above once again.
Don forget, that the headsets also have to be charged..

Didnt connect bluetooth headset to N73

Sometimes what happens is that we keep looking for BT devices without making them visible. Is it so in your case too? Go to settings of the headset and make it visible and your mobile visible to the headset. then you must pair them and also authorize them to connect without pass code etc. Then they will work.

Hi. Can my SBH500 BT Headset pair/connect to a PC? I have tried but the computer doesn't seem to 'find' the headset

Make sure the headset is put in pairing mode, to do this, turn the headset off, hold the phone button(big silver round one on the right speaker), then turn the headset on. Hold the button until the blue light goes solid. At this point, your computer should be able to detect it. Be aware, though, that support for bluetooth audio on computers is weak at best.

Sx66 cant hear people and they cant hear me

i encountered this problem after i started using a bluetooth headset. when the headset is not in use (not turned on, not even with me), sometimes there is no sound from the speaker, and the other party cannot hear me. meanwhile, the call timer is clicking away indicating the call connected. it seemed there was some issue in the bluetooth stack, and the phone thought it should be communicating with the BT device rather than it's onboard speaker/mic. to resolve, i disconnect the call, go to the main screen; in the bottom right corner, use the bluetooth manager icon to turn BT On then Off again. this resets the phone's speaker/mic usage, and calls can be made like normal. i hope this helps you.

hello,

All the bluetooth wireless headset are only capable of making/receiving voice calls.

its a bluetooth software which is installed on ur cell phone. it is not capable of listing the music through the BT headset. BT 1.1 Software version only lets you listen to mono.
BT 1.2, Version playing music through a BT headset while music is playing on laptops.
and again we need to find out what BT software version is on the phone and if sony erricsson came out with better BT software for your needs.

hope this little information helps.

Motorol HS820 Speaker issue

User "Nitol" seems to be having the same problem with this headset. I'd recommend calling motorola support, see what they think of it. If you're lucky, they'll recognise the apparently common probem and help you out.
