Hi,

I don't know what happened but you seem frustrated. All you need to do to cancel a subscription is to scroll down to the bottom of FixYa!'s website and click on ">Contact". It opens a new page and there, you can type your concern and FixYa! answers it within 24hrs.

if you mean to unsubscribe
go to yor account apply to become a premium expert you will see expert agreement across from that will be terms and conditions You may cancel your subscription at any time and for any reason. All subscriptions must be cancelled 2 days prior to the billing period of the subscription term, this includes Free Trial Subscriptions. To cancel your subscription, please CLICK HERE. If you cancel your subscription, you will not be billed for any additional subscription fees. Your subscription will end immediately upon cancellation even if you have additional time remaining in the billing cycle in which the cancellation occurs. You will not be entitled to any prorated or other credit or refund of subscription fees charged prior to your cancellation. hope this helps

If you are talking about canceling membership in fixya..You can just forward a mail requesting the same to [email protected] will cancel it for you and you will receive an acknowledgment mail also immediately.

You will need to contact Symantec directly regarding your billing issue, you can do that at the below link.
