Those are blown drivers..

you'll need to uninstall them

go to www.hp.com for new ones for your model and operating system

re install

try it again

The printer just keeps printing an incripted code, then feeding blank paper & starting over again until it's out of paper. We have to turn it off in order not to use up all the receipt paper.

Hi Star Customer

Please make sure the printer is configured to use ESC/POS by opening the printer software and select ESC/POS mode.

I've been using OKIDATE MICROLINE 320 PRINTER at work. I was printing something and I realized that I was printing the wrong page so to stop printing, I simply turned off the power and waited....

You would have to cancel the current print job from your computer for it to stop. Assuming you have access to a computer that is connected to that printer, you will have to find that printer by going to Control Panel > Printers and Faxes > Oki ML 320 then right click, select "See What's Printing" and cancel Current print job (I am also assuming you are using windows). I really hope this helps, if not add a comment clarifying your question, thanks.

Printer is printing hidden codes

Are you using Word? If you are, then use the help section and search for "Revel Code". Once you find that, then turn them off and that should take care of the problem.

Can't delete print jobs

If you are using a Windows platform then if you look at the bottom right of the screen you will see a printer icon. Double click on the icon and the print queue will be displayed. To cancel a print j0ob, highlight the job and then cancel it.

Black will not print

Hi springfield, From what you describe I don?t think it has anything to do with your printer drivers. I would try the following: -Run a couple of nozzle cleaning jobs. -If no change I would suspect a defective cartridge and would try a brand new HP cartridge. If these don?t work I?ll need some more details such as do you refill cartridges, buy remanufactured cartridges or use new HP. Also is this still under manufacturer?s warranty? I don?t want to suggest anything that would void it. Let us know what happens and please don?t forget to rate the posting.
