Hi, my washing machine is LENCO LWM-2651BJ my problem on my machine is when he reach to drain it go off and he cant drain the water, i bought this machine in israel and i send it to philippines and i dont have english manual, pls help me to fix this problem and if u can send me also an english manual. pls send me on my email, [email protected]. thanks

IT sounds like water pump

Drain pump either stuck up with something or doesn't work at all.

would say solenoid ,pump itself or timer to the pump faulty

to empty
if you cant get a hose long enough to reach out side the laundry
have lots of towels and buckets
put the out flow pipe to the ground( Machines lowest point )
the water will drain out

if the water out pipe cant reach outside the laundry to the ground
for gravity to drain the machine

drop off the water pipe outlet connection or let it fall on the floor
and have a lot of towels and mops handy
if the door will not open after iit is drained
machine will need repair

It sounds like your water inlet valve is stuck open. You have two on this machine, a hot water and a cold water assembly. You should be able to tell which was stuck from the temperature of the water spilling out.

It is an easy fix. To replace it you take off the top by removing the screws at the rear and pulling back on the top. Unhook the hose to the drain pump and drain the water out of your machine. The door lock on this model is likely set so that you cannot open the door if water is in the machine (they don't want you to flood yourself, but its a little too late for you) You can now access and remove and replace the faulty valve.

Put things back together, but leave the top off and see if the machine will start up and the door will open. If your door is still locked you should be able to reach down and find a pull tab around the door lock assembly. Pull gently on this and it should release the door.

After up get it back together and drained of water hopefully the error message will clear itself and you will be back in business.

The drain hose is too low, you need to lift the height of the drain hose as it is siphoning and won't be able to fill to the required level.

Water siphoning out the drain line
If the water is continues to fill and water is draining while it is filling or agitating, Check the height of the stand pipe. It should be about 36" above the floor. If the height is correct it may need to have an anti-siphoning valve installed into the drain line.
