e68 is an easy fix, one that shouldn't even be charged for.
ok, so let me tell how it's going to work, the E68 means that your HDD needs to be updated,
so you have to get to
http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/system… ,
and then download the update file, and uncompress it ,
then rip it on a disc or a DVD,
then just set your 360 to Boot to disc from System----> console Settings------> Startup
then put the disc in the 360 , then turn it off,
and attach the Hard Drive
then turn it back on and the 360 will apply the update to the Hard Drive,
and if it didn't work your Hard drive may need to be replaced.
I have the same problem. My xbox works fine until I put the harddrive back in. I've already sent my xbox in for repairs it appears it's the harddrive not the xbox. No accessories can be shipped with your xbox when they take it in for repairs.
