I had a water issue with my motorola V3m phone. I took many steps to dry out the phone etc, and have been using it for 2 months. It works perfect except for the microphone audio output is week for the person we are talking to.
I see that the microphone is replaceable for this model. I would like to open the phone up to check the contacts on the existing mic. I would prefer to have some guidance from detailed intructions as I am working on the phone.
I am skilled with very small detail work.
Can you help me to find instructions for microphone replacement?

There are several methods for unlocking mobile phones, but codes are best one, because it is easy and safe also, you can get the unlock code for your Motorola model mobile phone, through this site http://www.theunlockspot.com/motorola-motorazr-v3/rs10wp9/ It provides the step by step instructions and easy methods for unlocking mobile phones at a reliable cost itself..........
you can take the battery and the back off the device and place in completely submerged in a bag of white rice and leave it in there for 1 to 2 days this will help absorb the moisture, this should fix it if the water did not damage the circut boards if the water damaged the circut boards then the device is fried
That is a software issue. You need to either contact motorola or verizon regarding that issue. This is a known problem with their phone and they never fully resolved the first batch of the Razor freezing issue.
Usually the batter gets fried when it comes in contact with water (I know because I dove into a pool, swam for 10 minutes, and had my phone in my pocket!).
1. Take the battery out of your phone instantly after water damage. 2. Dry your phone with a blow-dryer until thoroughly dry. 3. Dry the battery. 4. Place the battery back in the phone and press the power button. 5. If the phone turns on, good, if not continue to step 6.
6. Find a friend with a RAZR and use his/her battery in your phone.
If the other battery works purchase a new battery... and by the way... the lines on your screen WILL GO AWAY lol
Right ya need to get Motorola's software and "Drivers" to make your phone work.. You need Motorola Phone Tools find it on the sites below.. download the software install and THEN plug in your USB cable attached to your phone.. then you will be able to manipulate your files etc... NB: You may have to select you USB "Port" B4 continuing make sure ya read your instructions carefully.
Basically... Install Motorola Phone Tools.. Plug in your phone .... ya all good :)
Hope this is of some help?
