My Whirlpool Refrigerator ED5PVEXWS Not Getting Cold. We got up this morning and everything in the freezer melted. We bought it in November. it still gets power the lights are on inside. still under warrantee but cannot come out till Tuesday.

As the freezer is working you can probably discount that the reason is low refrigerant gas. The other reasons would be that the fridge circulation fan has failed.
or
The channel that directs cold air from the freezer is blocked with ice at the rear of the freezer. It happened to my GE and was caused by a failed defrost timer that was icing up the evaporator coils at the back of the freezer.

A service call lasts about an hour including melting the ice with a heat gun..

This sounds like a faulty cold control.

I have whirlpool conquest model GS6SHAXKQ01 - Came home to puddle of water, everything in freezer is melting, frig is getting warm. Lights come on both sides...Suggestions? Thanks

Check to make sure the fan in the freezer compartment is working and not blocked. This delivers the cold air to the refrigerator. The fan should run every time the freezer calls for cold.
