Im trying to get into yahoo as my main page - Computers & Internet

Hi,

It all depends on which internet browser you are using.

With Internet Explorer open a web page. On the top right hand side you will see "Tools", click on that and then choose properties. In the general tab you can change your home page to whatever you want to. For example www.yahoo.com or www.google.com.

With Mozilla FireFox open a web page. On the top left hand side click on where it says "Tools" and then select options, click on the "Main" tab. There you can set your home page to whatever you want.

1. This problem is due to the busy Yahoo! Mail server.

2. Because of busy server all the features or options of any particular web page don't become enable!

3. Such a web page is not completely loaded on the web browser, and it produces errors!

4. You should try to Refresh / Reload the page to prevent this problem!

Above the Yahoo! Answers logo is Help. Click it. Once it loads, click the Yahoo! Help logo, this will bring you to the main help page. Click on messenger, then the version of messenger you're trying to download.
Once the page loads, up at the top on the bar it says Contact Us. Click it. Write to Yahoo! Customer Care.

if yahoo banned your e-mail addy then you cant unlock it unless you get a hold of yahoo directly. just go to yahoo.com click on the "contact us" link, and you can contact them that way. If you a have just forgotten your password or username, go to the yahoo mail main page, and click the "forogt" password link. and try to access it that way. if you still cant retrieve your password you can contact yahoo again, and they will ask u to provide proof your who you say you are. thell ask u some questions. name, birthdate, hint question stuff like that. just the information u used to create the account.

It could be that you're firewall blocked the site.

Try looking through your firewall to see what sites are deemed "safe".

check for any firewal or else u have blocked the yahoo mail login page accidently...

Try clearing your browser's cache and restart the browser

you might have to reinstall the yahoo messenger again.this is an installation error.If the problem persists, then try downloading yahoo messenger from the direct website or from the link given below.
