use the preinstalled software 'samsung recovery solution'. with this software u can reset your netbook to factory reset / complete restore.
the software guides you through the process.

take care to save all your datas (pics, docs, and so on...) before resetting ! Or you may lost them all...

I'm not sure what you are asking for. If you know how to reformat but can't see the screen, you should be able to connect your notebook to an external screen, this is normally done with a VGA or HDMI connection.

firstly you download drivers on www.samsung.com and reinstall it then chack,please check your series then get download drivers
