Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
No matter what I try on this web, I keep getting information that this is related to a printer, which it is NOT. It is the HP Scanjet G3010, which I purchased from HP on line on the 19th of February 2008.
I am trying to download it to my computer which is running on Windows Vista. I received 3 different disks in the package, a brief description on glossy paper on how to install. I used the disk, numbered at the bottom with the code: L1985-1001. I have 2 other disks on with the bottom code of: L1956-10015 and the third for Mac.
I'm not sure what your problem is but you seem to need drivers for Vista for your unit.
