There are a lot of requests regarding PUK codes.

When you enter your SIM PIN number wrong to many times you will need your PUK code. This is useful when your phone is stolen, because you can not loose any money due to call charges.

There are two ways to get your PUK number.
The first way you can get your PUK is to consult your documentation that came with your SIM Card. Somewhere your PUK will be given within the documentation.

The other way to get your PUK if you don't have your documentation or lost it, is to phone your mobile service provider. They will ask you a few details and then be able to give you the PUK code for the SIM card.
