If this is an extra handset, have you programmed it by placing it on the main base for several seconds? You can download a manual at www.thomsonnetwork.com.

When i get a call, and i answer the phone, i cannot hear the person, although they can hear me, i have to put the phone on loudspeaker for me to hear them, which i don't always want to do.

Hello,

The problem with your phone is that the earpiece on your phone is bad that is why you cannot hear the party calling you or hear anything while you call.

All you need to do is to replace the earpiece on your phone and you will see that you can hear whoever you are talking to on your phone.

Change the earpiece on your phone and you will see that the problem is solved. meanwhile, you can keep using the headset pending the time you will replace the earpiece.

Take care.

When i make or get call I can hear them but they can't hear me. I get this yellow swiggly object on my screen.

Hi,

There is some problem with your phone mic only.please use your headset to check it.Connect your headset and answer phone with your headset. If the person don other side hear you then the problem is with the mic only. Please take the mobile to NOKIA CARE centre and they will repair the mic.

The yellow colour swiggly object which comes next to the battery bar is nothing unusual. It shows that your call is been connected with the person on other side. This symbol will not appear when the other person's phone is ringing,When the person picks up the phone this yellow colour symbol will apear.]

Thank You

Can't hear th other end of my phone call

Hello,

the problem with your phone that you cannot hear the person calling you is that, the earpiece of your phone is faulty, that is why you cannot hear anything on your phone.

All you need to do is change the earpiece of your phone and you will see that, you will be able to hear who ever you are talking to.

Replace the earpiece as advice and you see that your problem of not hearing what people say when you call would be solved.

Take care.

My motorola v8 screen wont turn on, it was working fine then i went to open it again and the screen is black. it vibrates for texts and calls, i can answer them but i can't hear the other person but they...

Hi,

it's a flex problem. This is a common problem with flip phones.

The flex usually worn out due to constant opening and closing of the phone.

You need to replace the flex in other to solve this problem.

As for the hearing problem, there are two things involved:

1. Is either the ear piece is bad and needs to be replaced.

or

2. It's still the same flex problem.

Take care.

Sony Ericsson K850I - Not being able to hear the people I call

You can reset all settings to factory simply removing the phone battery.
if that does not solve the problem, then the phone is faulty, with bad wiring to speaker or board problem.
Try if the handsfree loudspeaker works, if it does , then it is wiring to handset speaker. If it does not , then it is a faulty audio circuit on board.
