Did you save the installation CD and the manual and paperwork that came with the software? It is there or instruction to obtain it are there if this is new software and a new installation.

I recently had to re-nstall CS3 on a new HD using XP Pro due to a Trojan virus. When trying to work on Nikon D300 'nef' images they do not load. Error message being received is " could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document" . Very interesting however is that Canon raw images can be processed. Have uninstalled program and on again to no change. Your sugestions are appreciated.

I have a Wacom Bamboo tablet and for some reason it won't pick up on the tablet's pen pressure. Well, it does, but I have to keep turning on the shape dynamics every time I change a brush. Is there any way to make them permanent? I did it before somehow, but I don't remember.
