Is your printer connected to your PC? Is it plugged in and turned on? Is paper and ink properly loaded? If all is ok, try this: Shut down your PC and printer. UNPLUG PRINTER FROM pc and wall outlet. Turn on PC and wait until it is fully initialized. Plug the printer into wall outlet and turn it on. Connect printer to PC via USB cable. The PC should display a NEW HARDWARE FOUND messsage. Next, your PC will try to install the printer by searching for the proper driver for it. If no driver is found, you can download it from http://support.lexmark.com If you have the printer installed, try the following: On your windows screen, left click START. Left click on CONTROL PANEL, and left click on PRINTERS. Find your printer icon in the PRINTERS window and RIGHT CLICK on the printer icon. From the drop-down window, make sure that PAUSE PRINTING is NOT checked off. Next, left click on PROPERTIES at the botom of menu. In the PROPERTIES WINDOW, GENERAL tab, left click on the PRINT TEST PAGE button. If it does not print, try following the on-screen troubleshooting instructions.
