The oven does not heat up any more , the grill still works any idea

Yes grilling works similar to oven the difference is that it has one heating element on the top where as oven has two heating elements top & bottom and temperature can be adjusted .

Check out the element(s) for continuity.

the magnatron is burnt out they are very expensive to replqace thus i would suggest bying a new microwave

The micro wave part is not working in your oven. It is mainly due to to the defect in the magnetron and the related components like high voltage side fuse and high voltage diode etc. you can check the fuse and the diode with a multimeter. If they are ok replace the magnetron.

it is obvious that nthe microwave side of the unit is not working.
microwaaves have a terrible habit of blowing fuses for the most stupid reasons. No not the fuse in the plug but the ones the manufacturer hides inside the case, you will have to look hard. if one is blown replace it with a direct replacement. and do not test the machine with the cover removed

Check the door switch, when it is faulty the oven will turn on but turntable, fan and magnetron wont operate.
