Some time ago I've visited a forum and found a solution that tells me to clean the mirrors of scan and other stuff
but EVERY TIME that power supply goes off it didn't turn on again and I need to open the scanner and roll the gear so with that the scanner goes to the middle of the page and try to turn on again
after a few tries the printer turns on again and I can use it...

I had this problem for the second time due to a power cut. It was solved by
Turning the printer on, letting it load up, do all the clicking, once that had finished then press the power button to turn it off.
Leave it for 5 mins, then turn it back on, this time it should setup as normal.
Hope this works for you!

The clicking is the scanner seeking the index as part of the power up procedure. Search the hp site for the procedure to clean the scanner glass, Pay particular attention to the white strip, which is which is the scanner index.

Tips for a great answer:
Quite mode OFF is the default factory settings. To reduce noise produced by the printer, quite mode need to be turned ON. This will reduce the amount of noise but this will set the printer run at half speed.
To do this click on Menu Button > General settings> Quite Mode> ON and then press the check button to submit.
