Need more info. Does it rotate? If it has a viewing door on the front, you may see if the ignitor is glowing. If the ignitor glows, the ignitor (flame) sensor may be bad, and the ignitor will shut down.

Check to be sure you have 240 Volts at wall outlet.

Most parts likely to fail in your dryer are inside the rear cover. Heater is on right inside can, safety thermostat on lower left of can, High limit thermostat (non-resettable) higher left of can. On the blower housing to the left are the operating thermostat and a thermal fuse (white plastic). ALL can be continuity checked easily. Always disconnect wire on one side of what you are testing. One will likely be open.

Gas dryer does not provide heat or air

If you don't have heat the timer will not advance in auto dry. The first thing to check is the glow bar ignitor part number 279311.
