I just bought the washing machine, got it home and it won't turn on. Do you know what could be the problem? It's an L.G front loader.

    Hi,
    Have you checked that the socket it is plugged into is working? Try with another item such as a kettle to prove it is OK. Is the washer new or not, please? If new contact the vendor if the supply is OK. If not new I would contact whoever you bought it from! Was it demonstrated to you before you took it home?

I would check the connections on the control board first to make sure they are plugged in good. If you don't find any bad connections then I would replace the main control board.

Just a long shot - it may be the water inlet filter is blocked? normally there is a little mesh filter in the hose that screws onto the back - check that its not full of crap. This happened to me only a few weeks ago hope its as simple as that for you.
