go to start -control pannal-than there will b an option of add or remove programs/hardwares-click n it -it will than show u all list of programs n softwares on your pc.Than u select tht software n than press remove-than it will show a process of uninstall tell yes n do next n the software is permanently gone.
Now keep in mind if when installing the software in normal windows mode it doesn't let you then you have to install it in Safe Mode. By pressing F8 on boot up. Make sure you select the one with Safe Mode with Networking. Also use another computer if need be to download the software. Transfer them with a USB. Hope this helps. =)
I do not understand why you want to remove the genuine microsoft from the desktop???? Is it interfering with your functioning/operating the computer.
Anway , to remove any software/programme
Click on Start
Click on Control Panel
Click on Add/Remove programmes
On the drop down list select the programme you want to remove.
Click change/remove.
Then follow the instructions.
1) Perform a clean uninstall of BlackBerry Desktop Software.
2) Download and install the latest version of BlackBerry Desktop Software from the wireless service provider's web site.
