Question about Acer Aspire 3680 Laptop
Tried to download and install iTunes
7 onto Acer and I get an error message that says "the version of this
file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running.
Check your computer's system information to see whether you need x86
(32-bit) or x64 (64 bit) version of the program and then contact the
software developer". Why on earth isn't the Acer operating system compatible with the most popular freeware available on the planet? Any ideas?
Also, when I tried to load a printer driver, the CD drive stopped working. Any ideas here?
There is a program and app called iTunes Sync ( I think) that should help!!

I think Steve is correct, it's sounds like XP 64 bit or a Vista issue.
Are you going to let us know?

SOURCE: iTunes problem with Acer
this is because of the incompatibility of the software with the windows.
formatting your pc would help solve your problem regarding on downloading the itunes and software for your printer.
