Estro Profi - Green Light not coming on

It is vapor lock possibly,

1. Soak the steam wand in some hot water for a few minutes
2. Using a cup at the bottom run the brew function and open up the steamer valve until it starts pulling water through. May take a bit of time. Be careful with the steam.

i have a saeco rio profi machine, machine was not coming on, so i reopaced the therm fuse, which was blown, no when i turn the machine on , the circuit, breaker on the wall plug trips, and idea what it could be, looks like a have a short. thanks
