BenQ M310 - I dropped it and it stopped working. Red light is flashing at a high frequency. I've now tried the above buttons and moved the ports, but it's still not working. Please help! I love this mouse.

If there any lights on the mouse when you put new batteries in the mouse? If yes then you can still fix it. On the usb controller of you mouse it will have a button on it. Press that button first and then press the button under the mouse. Repeat a few times and see if mouse responses. Then if nothing happens, unplug the usb controller and place it into another port. Repeat the above process and see what happens. Should work fine.

GE Optical cordless mouse will not work. Have shut down computer, reconnected the USB to CPU (Receiver), pushed button on mouse. Red light blinks, but will not connect. What else can I do? Have lost...

I have a Logitech cordless mouse but had a problem recently. It fell on the ground and the batteries fell out. Put them back in, the mouse came back on but didn't work. Pushed the button on the mouse several times, no luck. The light at the receiver was always blinking whenever I pushed the button on the mouse, so I assumed that should work. After a few tries, I ended up pushing the button at the receiver and low and behold, the mouse was working again.
Have been using this mouse for years, had that problem only one.

Hope it helps.

Left click is not working

Unscrew the mouse and check for the contact and adjust the alignment of the casing to the click switch contact. Reinstall the HP wireless mouse software that might reset the settings. Have a nice day.

Dropped mouse

First check if its working, by holding the pieces togather. If its working and its not getting back togather, use QuickFix (superglue), in right proportions or else you will land up sticking everything. Stick it care fully and rub the extra with a cotton soaked dry in luke warm water. (Not extra water though or it will short circuit itself)

Dropped mouse in water

You will need to remove the batteries and let it dry for 48 hours. Having the batteries in the mouse while there is still potentially some water in it will damage the the electronics inside (if they are not already damaged) If after the 48 hour period your mouse still acts funny then you should simply replace it.

My mouse is a wireless mouse and i dropped it accidently once. Right after the fall,it is not working anymore. Can i actually fix it?

It is possible that the battery popped out when it was dropped. It is possible that the battery got put back in wrong. Open the battery case and remove the battery. Then be sure to replace the battery with the positive end going in the right direction.

That should fix it for u.

Please rate my answer as a fixya thanks

Cant get it back together

I put together what I knew where it went, the put the whole thing together and looked at it before putting in the screws. I saw a hole and remembered a "button" there that moved sideways with a spring pushing it back into the original place. I reopened and after examining the part put it in that slot. I then put it together and it worked. I put the screws back in then and all is well
Thank you for the reply.
Glad I found your site. I will keep it if I ever need any help.

Had the same problem. There are 2 reset/ connect buttons: 1 on the mouse, and 1 on the usb device. Press the button on the usb device, and it should start right up. Good luck.
