Look at the pins where the wires used to plug on the mainboard. You may see fine print there that tells you what each set of pins does (if youre lucky). If not then look at where the wires go from the plug that used to go to the mainboard and trace where each set goes to in the old case and then plug in your wires accordingly. If you plug your wires into the same places the old ones went then worst case is you have an indicator light that doesnt light up. In that cas turn the plug for that light around and it should then make the light work.
Another way is trial and error. First take the power switch wires and start plugging them onto pairs of pins while holding the button. At some point you will make the computer start up. Then you know that more than likely you have the right pins. Then you can try the same way with the lights etc. till everything works. Its the hard way but I didnt see a model number of the board just the computer. If you give the numbers off the mainboard we may be able to find a manual but not likely.
Dont forget to swap your Windows Sticker to the new case so you dont have problems reinstalling Windows later.
