No power to the glow plugs means no power to the light also. You have a bad fuse or connection to the glow plug relay. Fix that and your good to go. Has nothing to do with your indicator lights on either side of dash. Glow Plug power indicator is labeled THAT and only that.

her i think your problem is on operating system(OS) lavel and u need to recover yr os with recover dvd or recover disk whitch provide with yr laptop and if you need to reset factory setting you have to go on bios setup screen

3 then go to last screen ad find " setup defullt opetimeze"
4 then got to save and exti button

Turn upside-down. Remove screw in the centre marked KBD.
There are 4 screws running along the back. Remove the 2 inner ones.
Lever up the keypad with a small screwdriver - Careful not to disconnect the ribbon underneath.
Undo the 3 screws along the strip above the keyboard and remove the strip.
VGA connector is next to the power button. Check it is pushed down firmly.
One way to make sure the system is still working, remove the Batery, then plug the power adapter only and turn the computer back on, normally if the laptop goes into Hybernation mode and the battery is low on power this can happen. If that fixes the system then you can do a safe shutdown and re-install the battery and turn your laptop on and it should come on, the fact that you mentioned this has happened before makes me believe it is Hybernation issue.
