Not a problem. Follow the following process to do it.
1. Copy all your contacts/numbers from your old phone memory into the sim card memory. 2. Turn off the phone and take the sim card out. 3. Insert the sim card into your new phone and copy the contacts/numbers from sim card to phone memory.
Hope it helps for you.

If you have a phone that is broken, a screen that is not working or just want to move phone numbers to a new phone, this article will help you do that.
If your phone numbers are stored on a external SD card you can plug the SD card into your computer or another phone to retrieve the numbers. You will need a SD card reader or a computer that already has one. Some newer laptops have a SD card reader. You can find external SD card readers at local electronics stores. I recommend visiting www.newegg.com(card reader examples) for your hardware needs. I have used this site extensively and the customer service, pricing and products are A+.
If your numbers are stored on the SIM card, you can move the SIM card to a new compatible phone. The SIM card generally contains your phone number and other account information from the phone carrier, however, you can use it to store phone contacts as well.
Your local phone dealer like AT&T or Verizon may be able to help you retrieve the data or move it to a new phone compatible phone.

Okay, if your phone still operates, and you just cant see anything, then here is what you press:
left soft key (menu, its the highest button on the left of the phone)
down one and press middle button (address book)
scroll down two or three (to make sure you are not on one of the stupid numbers att puts in the phone)
left soft key (options)
scroll down 13 spaces and right one space (move to sim)
down one space and select (move multiple contacts)
press the middle button and the left soft key (move all to sim card)
press the left soft key one more time and your done! you should be able to remove the sim card and have all your contacts on there. if you have a question, just let me know.
