You need to try installing Adobe Flash Player by clicking on the Agree and install now button in the link below :

http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash

Make sure that you exit all applications and close all the browser windows except the one that is link is opened in before proceeding.

You can also try installing Adobe Shockwave Player which is available from the link below :

http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi

Restart the Notebook once each download is completed.

Hope this works...

Ok, here's what you need to do to try to fix this.
- make sure to remove/uninstall the adobe flash player 10 on your computer (remove it under the control panel.
- download and install adobe flash player 9 and install it. - once installed try to browse a video, if it works, adobe itself will just update to the latest version.

I had a plroblem with different site nd been told to delete my cashe and cookies, and I did it. and after that I cannot now play any you tube video! please help me :(

Videos on YouTube are streamed through Adobe Flash player. If you're having trouble playing videos on YouTube, we suggest you install the latest version of the Flash player.

Please follow these steps to upgrade to the most recent version of Adobe's Flash Player:
  1. Before installing Adobe Flash, you will need to first uninstall any older versions you currently have running on your computer. To do so, download Adobe's official uninstaller here. Make sure to select your correct operating system, and then "Uninstall Flash."
  2. Now that you've uninstalled the older version of Flash, follow Adobe's instructions for reinstalling the most recent version. The download option is on the right-hand side of the page.
  3. Once you've downloaded the file, please exit your browser first, and then install the upgraded version of Flash to you're computer.
  4. Finally, open your browser again and go to YouTube. You should now be able so successfully watch videos!

If the instructions above don't resolve the issue, please also try the following:
  1. Temporarily disable popup blocking software installed on your computer to test.
  2. Allow YouTube.com as a trusted site in your Firewall software.
  3. Ensure other applications like Quicktime, iTunes, Real Player, or Windows Media Player aren't set as the default streaming application, as this might affect the video player.
  4. Make sure your computer is set up properly for Flash by checking out Adobe's Advanced Troubleshooter here.

I try to play you tube video's and get a flashing green screen to a solid green screen

To fix a Youtube video error start from repairing your Windows registry which contains all the keys/codes for all the programs and applications such as flash, browsers and other softwares. You should choose a best tool which is able to fix the active-x and file association errors to solve your problem. A recommended software to fix such PC errors is listed at the end which you should try after following all the guidelines given here.
After repairing your registry and cleaning your Windows make it sure that your Flash version is up to date. To install the most recent version first uninstall the previous flash player through the Adobe uninstaller here: (http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html). This utility will also uninstall the active-x component as well. After doing this install the latest flash player available at their web site.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you are about to uninstall the older version of the flash make it sure that you have removed the registry keys of the old program from the Windows registry database. A registry cleaning software will help you to remove the unwanted and corrupt registry keys which is very helpful to make PCs clean from registry errors.
Also clear your internet history and cache before installing the newer version of Adobe Flash Player.
Have you tried playing the videos on other browsers? If the you get the Youtube videos error on other browsers as well then most probably it is the problem related to the flash. However, if only one of your browser is making trouble then also try to fix your browser. For fixing browser especially for the file association errors which prevent programs from opening properly repair the registry in your Windows.
Also do these steps to smoothly play the videos without any kind of Youtube video error:
* Disable firewall
* Disable pop up blocker
* Clear cookies, browsing data and history
* Restart your computer
The above guidelines allow you to fix your Youtube Videos error. If you are looking for a quick fix and want to try a solution that can do it almost itself then use a high performance registry cleaner and PC optimizer software.
RegInOut has been found the best software to fix the file association errors and other active-x issues in the computer. It not only repairs Windows registry ansd allows programs to run normally but it also boosts up PC speed. By using RegInOut you will be able to really stabilize your computer.

Accessed youtube, Video is streaming but not audio, but i could play mp3s stored on the laptop. Need advice

I am curious if the latest version of the Flash plugin will work on your system using Firefox instead of IE. If that is the case, it would point to something going on with your IE installation. Some weird permission settings from your AntiVirus software or IE blocking.
OR
You can uninstall ur existing flash player and try to install the previous version of flash player that you had... I am pretty sure this will work.

I cant wacth youtube.com

jhoeymonteci you didn't say if you have ever been able to watch youtube. I am going to assume that you have Adobe Flash Player installed. What you need to do is to go to the Adobe site and download and run the Flash Player Uninstaller. Then go to youtube and click on a clip. You will be told you need Adobe Flash Player to view the clip. Download it from the options (be sure to uncheck the toolbar option if you don't want it.) After Adobe downloads and installs you should be able to view flash clips again. You MUST use the uninstall to be able to re-install a working player. Hope this helps

HOW DO I FIX THIS PROBLEM?

What browser are you using? Firefox? Internet Explorer? I have had this same problem. Try to uninstall the flash player and reinstall it. If that doesn't work and you are using Firefox, try to
uninstall and reinstall Firefox, just remember to save (export) your bookmarks first. Good Luck.

Hello sir

I understand that your notebook is unable to play online videos in a web browser in full screen mode.

Videos on YouTube are streamed through an Adobe Flash player. For the best viewing experience, we suggest you install the latest version of Adobe Flash after removing any old versions you've installed.
Please completely uninstall Flash before reinstalling the latest version.
To uninstall Flash, please follow Adobe's instructions, listed here: http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/knowledgebase/index.cfm?id=tn_14157
Once you're done, restart your computer and follow Adobe's instructions for reinstalling Flash: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash
If the instructions above don't resolve the issue please try the following:

Windows Vista users: If the flash uninstall reinstall does not work this maybe due to a Microsoft Windows Vista permissions issue.
Please use the Windows button at the bottom left then the search function:
  1. Go to: C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\
  2. Right-click on the following file: FlashUtil9b.exe or FlashUtil9e.exe
  3. Select "Run as Administrator" and install the update.
  4. Restart your computer.
