Hi.I cannot instal canon solution menu ex for canon pixma mp495.its always says:solution menu is not install properly.reistall and try again.i did it several times and i did try another computer but still the same result.im using vista 32.can anyone help please.thanks

Download the appropriate software from Canon support: http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/consumer/products/printers_multifunction/photo_all_in_one_inkjet_printers/pixma_mp560#DriversAndSoftware and select your OS in the drop down menu. Scroll down for the full-software (MP Navigator) if you want the buttons on the all-in-one to trigger actions on the computer. Remember to install the software before connecting the USB cable (if using a wired installation).

Note: the downloads do not include any third-party software that may have been on the original CD.

follow the following link to make it worksl;

firstly, go 2 d printer and faxes folder then add a new printer
then it will display some connection wizard 4 u.
where u will choose 4rm other alternative that is manually not 4rm cd rom
there u will find diff. kind of product 4 ur printer where u will choose the model, if u can find the model choose other
finally, print a test page and ur printer brgin to work automatically

Cant install printer without disk

You need to download the driver software ( same you got in the disk ) from Lexmark website.
Download software into the computer where you are going to install the printer. It is important that you do not connect the printer before installing software.
Install the software downloaded and connect printer only when explicitly required by software setup program.
Here is the driver download page , select your windows version and start download.

you can download the driver and install them from HP.

this link should get you to the C3150 page, you will need to select your operating system since you did not advise above. the it will tak you to the drivers page, save the download to your computer and install it.
