Problem in 14" videocon colour tv

As soon as I switch on my 14" videcon colour tv, a message "Text off" appears on the screen and TV enters in stand by mode. Initially this problem was occuring after 15-20 minutes of tv running.

With an out of warranty set, to which consumer court you're going to claim for a replacement? Think something possible. There are some other reasons for the line fault to this kind of TV. Compare them to that of your TVs screen fault, and make sure.

Hello
To enable close cationing on your TV follow this:-

[1] Press "Menu" button on the remote control to appear "Setup" menu on the screen.
[2] Use "Up and Down" arrows on the remote contol to select "Captions/Text" on your screen.
[3] Press "Right or Left " arrows to select any one of the following options. Caption-1, Caption-2, Caption-3, Caption-4 Text-1, Text-2, Text-3, Text-4.
[4] Press enter to return TV viewing.

To turn the caption feature to "On" or "Off'

[1] Press menu key on the remote control to display "Setup" menu.
[2] Using "UP/DOWN" buttons to select captions on your screen.
[3] Press "Right or Left" arrow to switch the captions feature 'ON" or "OFF" or "EZ Mute"
[4] Press enter to continue.

actually your tv set was placed near object produced magnet especially speakers, used magnet, small one to de-gauss or just like cleaning the the tv screen untill impurity colors gone. need my [email protected]
