Hi,

Welcome to Fixya, possible reason why the memory card doesn't read by your camera are memory card is not yet formatted,memory card is in write protection mode,memory card requires cleaning,memory card was damaged, memory card is not compatible.

I have here the manual of your camera where you can check all error message and warning signs, together with their solutions. Just click here and please refer to page 156.

A: Make sure you're using a supported memory card. See the table below for specifications:

Phone doesnt read or save on memory card
You may just have a bad memory card. If it cannot read your card, you will have to try to format it using a computer or your phone. Otherwise, you will need a new memory card.

did you try reading the memory card without any game discs put in via the ps2 menu?

is your memory card working properly? could be a corrupted memory card or a faulty memory card slot.
try putting a friend's memory card on that same slot.
if it works... then your memory card is gone bad...
if it doesnt work...then your memory card slot has gone bad.

else try putting your memory card in your friend's ps2, see if that ps2 reads your memory card. if it does...then your memory card slot has gone bad.

unfortunately your memory card is damaged. you need to get it replaced. If u have warranty better you go for it.

i hope the device is being recognized by os probably windows... if yes some times drive letter doesnt come up in explorer..try typing < next alphabet of last drive letter >: in explorer address bar.

for example if last drive is F: windows try typing G: in address bar in explorer.

Cant read card
check all folders on the mem stick. it may not be stored in the default folder dcm101. try in cpu that has memstick slot. playstation 3 are very easy to access sony files. Hope this helps.

Is the card reader built into the computer?
I know there are a few card readers out there having trouble reading 2 gig memory cards if the computer or card reader was built over 5 years ago.
If you have a data cable for your phone and software for the phone, your computer should be able to read it that way.
