Question about Hotpoint 3.6 cu. ft. / 102 liter Upright Freezer RZA21
Hotpoint Iced Diamond R134a upright freezer (103 litre - no refrigerator) has condensed water on the base that drips on the floor. Door seals are ok. It seems to be that the base plate is quite cold (13.5C) and it is condensing water from the atmosphere. Is this normal? Can I prevent it? The internal temperature is -21C.
Sounds as tho you have an insulation breakdown. no repair except to refoam - and that is difficult to do
