It is possible that your fuser is failing. Turn the printer off, turn it around and remove the back door by opening it and then pressing on the lower left side of the door to disengage the pin. Pull the door out and then remove the fuser by pressing the two blue tabs on either side. Look closely at the two rollers inside the fuser by looking at the side that faces into the printer. Chances are that the upper roller will be damaged. Depending on the page count of the pritner you might want to have the upper roller replaced, or if page count is over 180,000 you will be better off buying a maintenance kit which will also come with the required rollers for the printer.
