When setting the temperature of either oven, the digital display dims and comes unreadable after a few seconds. The Time display also becomes unreadable. The ovens DO reach the proper temperature, but the only way the temperature is indicated is by the soft "beep'. If you don't hear that, your have NO IDEA what is going on or what time it is. One oven light is burned out, (top oven unit, left side). We have not replaced it yet but will do so this morning. Other than that, we have no idea as to how to fix it. There is no indication in the Owner's Guide as to where to even start or if some control was turned on by accident. Therefore, we are clueless!

I do not know what a "ribbon cable" is. In order to unplug the oven for 1-2 hours we need to get it out of the wall cabinet or at least move it out enough to reach the plug. How difficult is this? If the display needs to be replaced it probably is going to require a service call. Yes? No? Any idea of cost? Is the display dimming like this a sign the whole thing is about to crash? I'm having 12 for dinner Easter Sunday and I know a "FIX" of any kind is not happening before that, but by the same token I can't have my ovens crash this week!!!
