Question about Belkin (F5D7230-4) Router (587009)
You will need access to the router. Press and hold the “Reset” button for at least 10 seconds, then release it. The lights on the Router will momentarily flash. When the Power/Ready light becomes solid again, the router has been reset. To access the routers web page, in your browser, type 192.168.2.1, in the login screen, leave the password blank and click the “Submit” button to log in.
Once you have logged in, be sure to go to “System Settings” page where you can enter a new administrator password.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
