TV1 seems fine while TV2 continues trying to acquire the satellite signal. I've reset it several times via the front panel and by unplugging but nothing works.

You may have a loose connection from your TV 2 feed. You can check the cables on the back of the receiver to make sure they are secure. Depending upon your installation, you could have 1 or 2 separators back feeding your TV 2 from the receiver to your TV 2. In the center of the receiver you have your TV 2 coax port. From that TV 2 port, check all points of connections to make sure the cables are secure and tight. If this doesn't resolve the issue, you may have a bad connector or switch, which would require a technician to repair. I hope this helps.

Dstv remote not working on any blue dials? Two tv's in separate rooms, one pvr decoder. Only the red dial works on both tv's & both remotes are working & both tvs responding properly.

Is this a newly installed system? If both tv's are responding to the same remote setting (red in case), it means both tv's are set to the same channel. The tv that is connected to the decoder directly (via AV cables, I presume) is supposed to respond to if the remote is set to red. In order for the second tv to respond when the remote is set to blue, you need to tune the second tv until you find the picture of tv2 (the decoder transmits both tv1 and tv2 on the RF/coaxial output and it seems that your remote tv is tuned to tv1 instead of tv2).

Tv2 remote not working tv1 must be on

It sounds like the RCA cable is plugged into TV 2 ports on the back of the receiver.
Depending upon your receiver, towards the center on the back of the receiver, you have 3 rows of colored (2 - Red, White, and Yellow; 1 - Green, Blue, Red). The RCA for TV 1 should go in the middle row. Please let me know if you have further problems. Thanks.

Hi hartbettinaI see where your TV2 has a blue screen, there are a couple of things you can doyou can do. The first things you want to do is press the buttons of MENU-6-1-5and see if TV2 is set to channel 60 or 73 and make sure TV2 is on that channel.Once TV2 is on the channel on the Modular Setup page you will want to unplugthe receiver for 10 seconds and plug it back in and it will reset itself. Iwill send a link that will help with these steps. http://www.dishnetwork.com/SupportSection/black-blue-tv2

Hello! Dan Busa with Dish Netywork here intermittent signal loss like that is usually caused by some sort of glitch a hard reset ( unplugging it for ten seconds ) will usually resolve this. If your signal strength is at or above 80 that should be fine, but keep in mind you need good signal strength on both the 119 and 110 satellites ideally you should be at 70 .

Problem jumps back and froth from tv1 to tv2

One of the inputs on the back of the 322 box is bad. usaly 1 wire runs from the dish into a seperator that splits the signal into 2 at the back of the box. you will need to call dish and have a new 322 sent out. 1-888-333-3474

Setting up remote 2

Ok lets assume you have the correct remote for the TV2 on a 322, you will need to take this remote to the TV1 location . Turn TV1 on and with the TV1 remote press menu-menu. You are now at the sytem info screen. Towards the bottom third of the screen you will see some wording that reads primary remote address and secondary remote address. Now with the TV2 remote press and hold the SAT button until all buttons across the top light up and release. The SAT button will be flashing. Now key in a two digit number between 1-17 that is unique to this remote only. Press the pound sign and the SAT button will flash three times. Now press the record button and the number you chose should now appear next to the TV2 icon. Are you good to go? If so exit out of all screens on TV1 and try thr TV2 remote at its location. You should be able to control the satellite now. If you can't ensure that the antenna on the back of the receiver is present and there are no obstructions in front of it. If you still are having issues - like you have to be at a certain point in the room- the remote antenna may need to be moved from the back of the receiver to the TV2 location Thanks for using Fix Ya.

Tvs sync together

The receiver seems to be in single mode. On the right side of the receiver press the front panel. A small pop open door will open and inside there will be a MODE button. Press this button and ensure both the green and blue lights are lit on the receiver. If they are now but weren't earlier this should solve the issue however there may be another issue.

Take the TV2 remote to the TV1 location associated with that system. With the TV1 remote and TV on press menu menu on the TV1 remote this will bring you to the System Info Screen. Near the bottom of the screen there will be two remote addresses- primary=TV1 and Secondary=TV2. Using the TV2 remote press and hold the small clear SAT button until all light across the top light up. Now key in a two digit number that is different from the original secondary address at this location and also different than the address for TV1. Now press the pound key and the SAT button will flash thrice. Now press the record button a few times until the secondary address changes to the number you selected. Once this is done you can exit out of all screens on all receivers and go to the TV2 location that was having the issue and it should be resolved. I hope this resolved your issue and thanks for using Fix Ya.
