Hello atootietata1,
Your pc is virus infected .
Have it fully scanned by a good anti virus . Microsoft Security Essentials works fairly good for a free product : http://www.microsoft.com/security/pc-security/mse.aspx . Your OS must be genuine .
Complete the protection by a complementary scan with free MalwareBytes : http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10896905.html
This should help you out of your issue .
Best regards ,
fanaudi .
There is no easy answer for this problem. You've downloaded malware that has highjacked your email address book. Your email provider will not be able to help. The best thing you can do is close the email account and start with a new one. Make sure to save your current address book so that you can reestablish it in your new email account. You need to make sure that you have a good virus/malware program running to detect unwanted access to your computer and applications.
If you need some recommendations on virus/malware detection software, let me know.
Let me know if you have any more questions. Thanks.
