Question about Kenwood KW85 Air Conditioner
It's caused on that unit by the thermostat on the compressor getting too hot
To test take the back exhaust right off and run it for 20 minutes if it works now then get a 5 inch diameter hose and a bigger exhaust outlet. I had a 4 inch hose to a smal outlet and it was causing it to overheat

Your base pan may be full of water, check at the bottom of the unit for some drain plug. Drain out the water and start the unit.
