Cannot download new pics from camera all old pics on computer previously downloaded are showing up. new software successfully installed so what is the problem, where are new pics only from camera HELP

If your previous download is still on the computer, then it is correct when it tells you there are no new pics to download. If that's the case, why would you want to download them again?

If what you need is to download your pics to your computer, you don't really need the software. Just get a card reader and use it to download your pics to a folder you create on your desktop.

Google Picasa3 and download the free software. It does recognize previously downloaded pics and does lots of other really fun things too. You'll love it.

Did your camera come with software? Most of them do, once installed you should have no problems.

I just needed to switch the camera to playback before trying to download photos. Should have read the instructions more closely!

i jus plugged mah concord eyeQ duo 2000 digital camera into mah usb port and it downloaded the drivers for me without usin mah disc on mah vista...

you can always use a CF card reader to download the pics to your pc... thats one way out and is much faster..

but try this...
1) uninstall the software...
2) Reboot PC...
3) install the software
4) follow the manual to reconfigure the camera..

Check of pics are HIDEN.When u open the disc where u see another 14 pics go up TOOLS - FOLDER OPTIONS - view - AND SHOW HIDEN FILES AND FOLDERS
