JENSEN Heavy Duty develops stereos, speakers, amplifiers, and sound systems ... Component video input x 1 (YPbPr); Stereo audio input x 1; HDMI input x 2 ...
Hello Brian, I have done a search for the Jensen KA-4400 Amplifier manual, without any luck. Sorry. However the following might be useful for you to continue the search: (1) Jensen Customer Support: 800-732-6866 (2) Go to: http://caraudio.manualsonline.com/manuals/mfg/jensen/jensen_car_amplifier_product_list.html (Be careful to copy ALL of the URL address). Then click on "Ask the membership for help locating your Jensen Car Amplifier manual"at the bottom of the screen. Then fill in the form. Good luck.
Hi, what you want to do is just connect the speaker wires from the head unit straight across to the pre-amp inputs of the amp. If you have a sub, also connect the pre-amp outputs of the head unit to the 2 sub inputs of the amp. Connect the blue wire of the head unit to the turn-on terminal of the amp and connect power wires to both units. May I ask what speakers are you using?
make sure speakers are connected properly to individual speaker outputs from radio .Also make sure speaker cables going to speakers are not pinched or shorted anywhere
The Jensen XS1010 is a 4-ohm sub and should work properly off of the outputs of most any single channel monoblock sub amp or off a bridged 2-channel. You did not say what brand or type of amp you intend to use, but in any case, there's only 2 wires to connect to the sub, one positive (+) , the other negative (-). Simply match them up with the positive and negative on the amp speaker output and you are ready to bump.
Have you powered up the speakers have you checked the sound drivers?? but remember the sound of the Jensen JMP-50s is a bit hollow and lacking in bass, and the speakers do lack bass and treble controls, which can often be found in other speakers in the same price range.
