that means that your laser is broke they probably made a coding error on the program when they made that one and the awful sound your hearing is the little motor that makes the laser go back and forward there is probably a gear broke in it also.
Press OPEN/CLOSE on the DVD player
to open the disc tray.
Press numeric keypad ‘1’ on the
remote control for few seconds.
