There are 2 ways to do it. First is with the USB cable that came with the camera. Plug one end in your camera and the other end in your computer. Turn the camera on if it doesent come on when plugged in, and the computer will install the camera driver. Once its done, you shouls see a box asking you what you want to do. It should say something like "Play a slideshow" "Import Pictures" "Open folder" ect. you can either import them or open the containing folder, right click on the folder and click copy. Then paste it in "My Pictures" or on your desktop.
The other way is to take the memory card out of the camera and put it in your computer. On the T135 there is a few media card readers right in front a few inces down from the DVD-ROM. Once you put the card in a box will pop up on the screen. Follow instructions from above.

Have you considered NOT connecting your camera to your computer? The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.
