remove two screws from the front panel, tilt out and remove or there may be two clips under the front panel near the sides that need be depressed with a putty knife. Run a load and see where the water is coming from . The clamps that hold the hoses on the pump and tub rot off quite often.
Without a model number, but with the age, I can only assume that this is a Dependable Drive wash system.
This system utilizes a drive belt and a pump belt and it is recommended they be replaced together after every13 years of normal use. They are very simple to install with no teardown or tools needed. The belts have installation instructions printed on the package.
The two possibilities of which come to mind are, something in pump slowing the water outlet, belt loose or needing replacement. Sometimes an article gets over the barrell and sucked into the pump still allowing some water to pass by, but the belt needing to be replaced would prably be my first check. both need Power disconnect then cabinet panel pulled to view both the pump and belt
