Dit you refilled the cardridge or renewed it? If you refilled it it needs new chips on to the cardrige you can supply them via samsung or from a refill stor.

Try using the Ricoh factory toner cartridge. In my 20 years as a printer tech, I've found the the factory parts are recommended for a good reason: they work.

I would not recommend trying to refill a toner cartridge, you don't want to breath in the fine toner powder. I suggest you purchase a new toner cartridge or a cheaper alternative, a re-manufactured toner cartridge for your model printer.
