I just replaced a screen for the same laptop. It was very easy. HP wants $700. I did it for $250.

If you can elaborate on the exact issue, I will surely try to help.
As TX1320us is new notebook, I guess it is one year below model and it should be under warranty.
If you have any issues with the screen, then you can get replacement from HP.
If it is accidental damage, then it won't be covered under warranty. If you have purchased Accidental Damage Package from HP, then all broken and other damages will be covered ADP.
