There is not such serious expertnesses required for one to install drivers as long as you can read and follow instructions. Insert the Drivers CD and then go to the My Computer icon on your desktop, Right click and chose Properties, Click on Hardware (just after Computer name, Under Automatic Updates) Click Device Manager, On the List Right click on the Sound, Video and Game Controllers then Scan for Hardware Changes. OR look out for the Video Drivers most case all ware without drivers will be in yellow and have a question mark click on it and Update driver. From the Control Panel You will need to Go to the Add or Remove Programs(Click) then Click on Add New Programs Now Insert Your CD or Floppy disk,If the software is on the another computer Drive just click browse and Locate it then Click Finish to install.

INTEL P3PC PCCHPS-M741LMRT.IAM INSTALL XP ,AFTER SOUND NOT WHY

You probably need to install the drivers for your sound card. Usually Windows has generic drivers but sometimes the Windows driver is not compatible. Look in your owners manual or the documentation for your motherboard. Or you can go to Control Panel/System/Device Manager and double click on the one that says "Sound, video, and game controllers". There you should find the manufacturer of your audio controller such as Realtek. Go to the manufacturers website and see if there is a current driver for your sound card/audio controller. Download the driver and then install it. Reboot your computer and when Windows comes up, you should have sound!! Alternately, go to the website of the manufacturer of your computer and see if there's a section specifically for your model number. You'll find the driver there, usually. Good luck!

Iam useing pentium3 system, fresh xp installed, sound not working , I want pentium3 xternal sound card drivers for win xp. Thanking you.

Check Your Drivers In The Control Panel Like This Control Panel, System, Device Manger, Find Sound Video And Game Controls And Check Your Audio And Sound Drivers Like This If It Has A Blue ! Mark It Is Off I Think But If Its Red Its Corrupted And You Must Reinstall The Driver Or You Could Figure It Out By Right Clicking On The Specific Device You Want To View And Click Properties And Go To The General Tab And View Device Status And If Your Device Does Have A Troubleshooter And Its Not Working USE IT
