Please check if a "brake-pen" is touching the wheels. A bit of siilicone spray can help the pen sliding back more easely, perhaps you can try to shorten the cable by using the nut on the cable.
Hope this helps!

Quinny buzz clip to open missing

Hi Ellen

The transport clip is a safety measure to ensure the chassis remains closed in transit - like when it's in your car boot, to make sure it doesn't unfold while you're driving. It is available as a spare part item, RRP 10GBP (full info can be found on our Note for Buzz spares)

The click noise you hear when you unfold the chassis is not related to the fold lock. This is a safety measure designed to warn you not to continue forcing the chassis open as the locks are not completely disengaged ready for the chassis to be unfolded. By forcing beyond this noise you may cause damage to the fold / unfold mechanism. If you hear the click, allow the chassis to fold again and try again. Ensure the button is fully depressed / the other side button is fully pulled forward before attempting to unfold again and you should not hear a click. If you do, it would be advised to book the chassis in for inspection & repair required.

Quinny Buzz making clicking noise when pushed

Hi Angie

The most common reason for this is a build up of dirt or debris on the chassis which would cause friction and which can lead to noise. We would recommend that you remove the seat unit and the wheels from the chassis and give it a thorough clean with some furniture polish and a soft cloth. Get someone to help you and ensure the entire central tube is cleaned (where the mechanism slides up and down for fold / unfold) - Mind your fingers! Clean the axel of each wheel (where it fits into the chassis) and on the plastic knuckle section where the seat unit fits into the chassis. This should stop the noises.

If you find it does not resolve the issue, please contact the customer care team for further assistance -

When I pushing my Quinny buzz the frame is making a annoying clicking sound coming from the left back wheel does anyone no what this could be?

Hi

It could be dirt caught in the wheel. Remove the wheel unit and clean with furniture polish and a soft cloth before attaching into place again.

My quinny buzz rear wheels are now making a very irritating clicking noise when it is pushed along. I've tried looking at the break adjustment and break pegs however I've not managed to resolve the...

Without inspection of the Buzz it is impossible to diagnose the problem or advise how it may be rectified. If the product is under 2 years old return to your retailer with proof of purchase for them to send it to the engineers for inspection/repair work required. If it is over 2 years old or you do not have proof of purchase call 01284 413 141 Mon-Fri 8.30-4.30 to book it in for chargeable inspection/repair work required. Standard charge is 72GBP which includes courier collection and delivery.

Quinny buzz

This sounds like a faulty quinny. If it is collapsing while you are pushing it, you should immediately contact quinny: find out the contact information on quinny.com . It is country specific, so you will have to choose yours and go from there. Let them know that it is collapsing on its own and they should send you a new chassis.

Hope this helps,

Tyres-press the light grey button on the chassis next to the wheel slot as you push on the wheel (this is also the button you press to release each wheel).
Opening it is easy - With Buzzwheels on the ground, remove safety hook (plastic loop on left side of handle fixed to peg inner left rear wheel) ten simple lift handle and Buzz frame should automatically pop up.
Closing takes more practice-put on brakes (press red foot pedal) stand to side of chassis and at bottom end of handle there are two large grey buttons. With left hand on left button push button forwards (ie direction of chevrons on button) then press in. At the same time push in right button with right hand. Whilst doing this you also need to push down and forad on frame and it should fold down. If you don't push buttons enough it can click. When folded remember to put on safety hook before transit, otherwise it might pop up on its own. Hope this helps. You can download the manual with instructions from Quinny website too if pictures are helpful!

Quinny buzz

Ours did exactly the same thing - collapsed with our son in it. This happened several times and we were constantly having to pull the chassis up on one side until it clicked again. Emailed Quinny - no response. Took it back to John Lewis and they sent it away and gave us a loan chassis. Quinny couldn't fix it so sent a shabby second hand replacement (outrageous!). We and John Lewis went mad and they finally supplied a new chassis. good luck!
