There is a tensioner around the engine (it looks like an idler pulley) there will be a 13-15mm bolt that moves the tensioner to the 'slack' position, while you are holding that tenioner slack you need to remove the belt from one of the pulleys ( usually the highet pulley is the easiest) then just reverse the order of the procedure to install the new one.
