Question about Brother MFC 210C All-In-One InkJet Printer
I took out each cartridge and replaced them and it says when I close the lid "no cartridge" I know its there, I bought it and it doesn't work. what do I do. I unplugged the machine for a couple minutes, then repluged it and it still says "no cartridge"
Power the machine down and pull all of the cartridges. Get some alcohol and a long cotton or foam swabs with a wooden stick, not a paper one. If you look down in the ink compartment to right side of where the cartridges fit you will see that there are some thin clear plastic pieces that cover the cartridge level sensors. Give those a cleaning. A fair amount of ink came off on mine. Plug all the cartridges back in and power back up...

I have just had the same problem but have just now fixed it...I took out all of the cartridges and then put them in from back to front, starting with the black and working my way to the cyan. It worked and the printer started to clean immediately.
