I don't think that there are any parts of the oven that you can service, however if you are feeling very brave then you could try removing the screws on the back

Their are no specs on file for components... boards are to be replaced, not repaired...

I would assume the diode is working in conjunction with a ic power switching chip

The first thing I would suggest is a hard reset. Unplug the unit for a minute or so. Then plug it back in, set the clock and try again.

If that doesn't work, leave it unplugged for maybe an hour.

Otherwise, you might see if this is addressed in your owner's manual.
