Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Osd is saying the main menu is locked how do i unlock

Win Tyler,
Information on resolving your locked screen on your LCD is listed below.
In the TV Menu Settings menu you can
select TV Button lock to lock the TV
Menu and the side panel buttons. When
this option is enabled, only the power
button functions. To unlock the TV Menu
and side panel buttons:
1. Press the Menu button on the TV. A message appears stating that the TV is locked
2. While the message is on the TV, press the channel up and volume increase button
simultaneously.
If you are using the DVI connector, you may need to verify the following settings:
Source - The default setting is Auto. The T V automatically detects if a computer (PC) or video
device is being used. If the image does not display correctly, you can select the source, PC or
Video, depending on the device you are using.
Color - The default color space is RGB. If the colors are not displaying correctly, you can change
the setting to YUV.
You can download and view the online users manual from the link below.

CONVERT MY LABTOP HP DV4000 TO PAL TO CONNECT IT TO TV PANASONIC, MALAYSIA

Your model type has an S-Video output on the right side or the same side as the CD/DVD-Rom Drive. It should be located in-between the lock point and the external monitor port:http://www.notebookreview.com/assets/4611.jpg

You need an S-Video cable and a TV with an S-Video input, usually on the back of the TV.

If your TV doesn't have an S-Video input then you need an S-Video to RCA adapter like this one:http://www.datapro.net/images/1161-FF.jpg
Plus one male to male RCA video cable

or an S-Video cable to RCA:http://www.preisvergleich.org/pimages/Verbindungskabel-S-Video-Video-Stecker-Cinch_164__hm-00042742_40.jpg

After you have all that connected, you have to load up your display settings and set up the TV as an external display. If your tv flickers but still stays black try and set the display of your laptop to 800 x 600 or 1024 x 768, anything higher might not display on the TV. Also make sure your video settings output the correct display on the TV; NTSC or PAL depending on your location.

and for sound
you need one of these:http://www.frontx.com/pro/c216_042p2.gif
AUDIO RCA to Stereo, conect the stereo audio jack to the laptop and the two RCA connectors to the tv.

Hi there,
First make sure the video inputs are not locked using these instructions:
To set up the video lock:
1. Press MENU, then press or to display the LOCKS menu.
2. Press or to display the password entering mode.
3. Use the Channel Number buttons (0-9) to enter your password,
then press ENTER. The LOCKS menu appears.
4. Press or to highlight VIDEO LOCK.
5. Press or to select:
• OFF: Unlocks all video input sources.

Then it appears that choosing Video 2 using the TV/VIDEO button should enable the front input.

An entire manual is avialable here that should closely match your tv:
